Thank you for choosing to learn with Y.M.B.A. where we are focused on providing quality content instructed by experienced, college educated virtual teachers at a set, reasonable price that is engaging and enjoyed by students 12 to 16 years of age. When you register for a class, or communicate with Y.M.B.A by chat, text, email, telephone, form, website or similar you may volunteer to provide identifiable information. The providers used for the various methods have their own procedures and privacy policies that are separate from Y.M.B.A. In terms of Y.M.B.A we are a United States based business and we do not sell your information. As you share your information you acknowledge and agree that Y.M.B.A. may share and use the information for communication of aspects related to class learning, Y.M.B.A. classes, general communication and activities. If you choose to register with the site this is an option, not required to attend classes. We do not regularly examine or review the customer provided profile information. As with all information provided on the internet, we encourage you to thoughtfully and carefully provide information, if you choose to enter the information. Students attend the recorded class using the Zoom platform for audio and video participation.
Students are permitted to attend class using a nick-name or name other than their own, as well as a location different from their own. Students should not post personal data or identifying information, including email addresses and phone numbers, during class. Names should not be offensive or "slang" and should follow standard naming conventions. If your child attends the optional certificate path and earns a Y.M.B.A. certificate you may contact us prior to the completion of the last class and ask the series completion certificate be printed with a name other than their attended name. When recieved we will reply with a confirmation.

Students may provide information or discussion content during class voluntarily. Y.M.B.A. cannot manage, limit or monitor what a student provides, nor what those other attendees and third parties ultimately do with that or any other class images and information, and disclaim all responsibility in that regard. We invite you to discuss the topic of internet safety with the student and you may choose to include the FTC internet safety regulations points as aspects in your conversation. Note that sharing account information is not suggested. The internet is never able to be guaranteed to be secure and we do not accept liability for beyond the reasonable. Your account, passwords, payment information, computer access, etc. are each important and suggested to be held in confidence.
Payments are processed by an outside company/provider. Please direct any questions pertaining to processing, information, data, and all related aspects to the payment processor directly as Y.M.B.A. does not directly manage or engage in payment processing. The website is hosted, supported and held on servers by Weebly.com; privacy and data questions may be directed to Weebly for website entered information. Documents are maintained using the google documents, spreadsheets, forms and presentations. By attending Y.M.B.A. classes and submitting information to register for a class you acknowledge that Y.M.B.A. is not responsible in any way for the management of the google network, platform and related support business. You may contact Weebly, Zoom or Google with any questions regarding how they use information.
Y.M.B.A. may use your provided information realted to a purpose or product similar to those herein. If you would like to be removed from our email communications, please contact us at YMBAgroup1@gmail.com. Requesting to be removed from the email marketing does not preclude you from enjoying Y.M.B.A. classes or from sending a message to which Y.M.B.A. will gladly reply to best provide support or information.
